I enjoy the people that I work with, the people I interact with within my role outside of my immediate workspace. I love the service we provide in business. All of that is made possible by my upper management as well as my coworkers being bought in to what our company is selling. I love my job!

I enjoy working at my company. I feel valued, I feel that I have a managers and peers around me that care about my success as well my well-being.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to create meaningful relationships with a variety of different people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way that people here you work with feel like family. They are not just co workers but lifelong friends.

Seeing the success and knowledge that is shared with those around me. The way that we work as a team to accomplish our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the well-being of their employees and truly want to see people be successful. They use the values of their employees to push them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We treat each other like family. Everyone is genuinely interested in how the other is doing, and also pushing to get the best out of each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very alive and real. People enjoy working here and they enjoy the people they get to work with. It is an uplifting and close environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a real community. Our coworkers care about each other, and take a genuine interest in the people around them Time is spent with coworkers outside of the regular workspace. It feels like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the amount of effort that is put in does not match the base-level compensation of my role. I think an increase of $10k - $15k would be justifiable given the amount of effort that is put into this position.

I believe that we are not as competitive as the rest of the marketplace for the industry we are in. I think at least addressing why they choose this level versus other companies and why they feel it is the right decision.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they take the time to check in with how I am doing not only in the work environment but outside as well. I feel like they care about me as a person and not just a worker. They also are always checking in to see how I am feeling about my performance and create a safe space.
