What is the best part about your compensation package?
Probably for me, the pay because I don't need health insurance yet.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love our "feel good fridays" where everyone is just praising on each other and talking about all the good things that happened that week!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their enthusiasm for sure! If you are having a bad day, it's not gonna stay that way on their watch. The motivating energy and consistent encouragement are the way we drive each other around here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How much the team wants to see each other win for sure! This industry can tend to get very competitive, but here at Innovien, everyone knows their turn will come so we are all just as excited to see each other win as we are ourselves!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all so genuinely invested in our lives. The way they will stop whatever they are doing to be of assistance to us is incredible. They all help us celebrate all of our wins both personally and professionally. The love they have for every single employee here is outstanding!
