So far I have been happy and love instaworks, but after today I'm disappointed. They show I have a low customer rating with no explanation when I work at my best each day. They have app issues where you clock in and an hour later they say you never clocked in. Then they suspend your account.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to fix their app and don't treat their workers like a number. I won't be using them again.
