Have somebody of management be available via telephone and situations like mine I went to work I lost money I didn't make money because the job was not there and I still got suspended

There is lack of communication between managers and employees. Nobody seems to know what each other needs to do.

If people knew what they were dping and not be ignore like if you are a no body and i have bills to pay and late fees to pay because unattended ignorant people that have no profecianal way of eorking

The only way to communicate with management is via text or email indicates to me a very weak management afraid to get their hands through
