Nothing - absolutely nothing. This was the most toxic work culture/environment I've ever experienced.
The company isnt the positive the co-workers ate the posituve. The environment is difficult to see a coworker wrongfully penalized by an app and no way ti correct it.

This question doesn't pertain. I work for a variety of different companies. This is how the support is on the app. There are limited options to relay your issue. And if you choose the "something else" option because that's actually the case then you are advised it will take longer. Snowball effect
The best positive thing is when you walk to the door and I see that you're here at work and you're not here to be lazy and you know you had to get the job done and get paid for it that's what they like but I don't like is that Instawork hasn't paid me my correct amount

Payment on time stop lying
Have somebody of management be available via telephone and situations like mine I went to work I lost money I didn't make money because the job was not there and I still got suspended
Communication between people and employees or contractors!
