I went to my first job assignment Saturday I thought it unusual that there was no address just coordinates but I still went and there was no job there no restaurant so I thought maybe to graduation party at someone's house cuz I was in the suburbs no house had more than two cars and I wasn't about

That seems fine it was fast and efficient

A contact person in charge not email phone number for situations like this would be really nice

The only way to communicate with management is via text or email indicates to me a very weak management afraid to get their hands through
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have somebody of management be available via telephone and situations like mine I went to work I lost money I didn't make money because the job was not there and I still got suspended
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is my first experience with the company I wanted to work with the business model works for my needs to have this is the first experiences mind blowing how could they not vet a job or a posting
