Overall experience is very positive. The culture is VERY people oriented. There are some growing pains as we mature processes and technology to the next level, but i am pretty confident they are being addressed. I feel fortunate that my team is absolutely helping to address those issues.

My total comp is relatively in line with earnings last few years.

Collaborative and supportive. Also willing to dig into the details to help remove obstacles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone shows up and is willing to chip in. Since we have a lot of contractors in my org, there are a lot of resets on larger project commitments, but that is expected.
