Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a $20k pay cut when I accepted this job. I was lead to believe that a promotion was on the horizon but, it seems that has been tabled and the general theme is to do more with less.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work remotely is a HUGE benefit that I do not take for granted. Also, the vibes are generally positive and that's a nice change from prior work environments.

The ability to leverage my skills and experience on doing one thing very well. I'm not being pulled in a bunch of unrelated directions. I get to focus and execute within my area of oversight to the best of my ability.
