Still getting to know my team, but enjoy their positive outlook on and enthusiastic participation in the work. Very open to questions and encouraging and generous with their time and energy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment appear to be very intentional, striving to be better and do more for employees who are new as well as those who have been around since the company's inception.
What makes you most happy at work?
A feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day, because while the work feels challenging and I feel out of my comfort zone, I know I am brave for trying something new.
