Constructive Feedback from Employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Family owned and operated. Can't be improved. They don't listen to anyone.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Gut the whole place and rebuild it or sell it off to people who know what they're doing. Nothing will change as long as mgmt stays the same.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There's no training of any kind, so it's no wonder things are the way they are. Mgmt hires family and friends. They don't hire for competence.
