Everyone is willing to help out, and they have patience and are happy to coach new hires. Also, the term "work family" really does apply. People bring in treats and home-baked goods to share, and everyone is genuinely interested in what you have going on outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendliness, community, and inclusion. A sense of shared responsibility for outcomes. For the most part, everyone is treated as an equal by everyone else - from customer service reps up to senior leadership.
