Terrible HR that does not act on concerns of employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Unfortunately, iZettle provides no support for employees in need of conflict resolution or support. They hire mid-level managers with no human skills, do not take care of their employees and have an incompetent HR department, paving the way for a stressful and precarious work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employing mid-level managers with human skills, standing by their employees in cases of conflict or when in need of other support, giving any kind of mandate to the HR department, and caring about their employees overall would be a start.
