Gulf Breeze store and the owners of it are awful. Never willing to fix anything, constantly short staffing the store to make an extra dime in saved labor costs, rude and unforgiving upper management/owners. Horrible place to work.

We're all in it together. When things are chaotic at least the team in store rallies together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper leadership needs to take a look at the way they treat their employees-who are the ones responsible for lining their pockets.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper leadership needs to reevaluate how theyre running their business. The way the owner treats people is the opposite of morale building.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constantly running short staffed so the owner makes an extra penny by choking labor costs is driving up wait times and driving guests away.
