The employees are great the manager is negative most of the time but other people do not let that stop them from making working a great fun thing
Always giving. We give a good conversation to our customers as well as a supreme , quick service! Giving our upmost attention to their every need especially gluten allergies! Just always be kind is a what I believe and feel we stand by.

Upper leadership needs to reevaluate how theyre running their business. The way the owner treats people is the opposite of morale building.

Honestly I think theres no coming back from this. From the jump the owner is not cut out for this line of work. He uses no real apps or websites for schedules and has employed his own babys mother to work from home for him. This franchise just needs to restart.
peoples attitudes definitely could be better, people not getting breaks so that leads two people with short shifts 4-6 hours take 3-4 bathroom breaks within that shift and each time hiding in the bathroom for 10 or more mins sometimes 25! i am ususally working a 8-12 hour shift and only go pee once
Care more for employees than bottom line
