How employees describe working at Jersey Mike's Subs
Gulf Breeze store and the owners of it are awful. Never willing to fix anything, constantly short staffing the store to make an extra dime in saved labor costs, rude and unforgiving upper management/owners. Horrible place to work.

Staff remembers customers names and orders, i was excited to learn them
Very friendly staff and efficient
Decent pay, good bosses, typically good crew to work with
Gulf Breeze store is horrible. Management is unreliable and often forces people out.
