It's understood that your boss is supposed to find things to critique about your work. It's easy to do. It should also be just as easy to find positive qualities about our work. People need to know they are doing a good job too. Otherwise it creates bad morale for the team and people tend to resent.
Needs to trust employees more
Someone that listens to concerns. I spoke up about a disability I have am still treated poorly. I am 16 and the manager treats me like a 5 year old even after knowing of my issues.
