The ability to act swiftly or to change direction is a huge positive and a challenge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HR failed to negotiate salary/ compensation with individual employees when first hired. I was forced to take a pay cut to work here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very professional and fun while working together to achieve shared goals. Our leader is amazing, keeping us on top of our business.
