Everyday is a rollercoaster. It feels exciting and chaotic. While the culture within my own team is supportive and cooperative, the company as a whole feels toxic and disorganized. Goals, priorities and expectations constantly change. Workload and expectations are well outside industry norms.

Everyone here is very hardworking.

Excitement and enthusiasm for the science the products. Deeply knowledgeable.

My teammates are driven, kind, helpful, trustworthy and supportive. Unfortunately this has not been my experience outside of my direct team at this company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No clear direction, strategy or priorities (everything is a top priority). Competing directives from different stakeholders. Constantly changing expectations and goals. Ever increasing workload with little reward or recognition for meeting or exceeding goals. Success rewarded with being more work.
