I have been baited and switched from the time I started. Being promised one thing, then to have it turn out differently. It's a fine company with a meaningful purpose, and there are plenty of good people working here. They are happy to work you to the bone, and make sure all promises are in writing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no enforcement of work / life balance. If I feel I need to work 12 hours everyday (which I do), the company is happy to let me until I burn out. Then once I am no longer performing, I will be replaced.
