A bunch of white men trying to make money. This company is still stuck in 1972. Its ridiculous and sad. They do not care about the employees. The relocating is crazy. They are not family forward at all. There are so many great GC's in Omaha. The first thing I tell someone looking is to avoid Kiewit.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just all a bunch of lies. You start working and realize they just lie to you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a woman in a mans world. I bet you could guess why my compensation isnt enough. They need to realize woman are also needed in this industry and they should be taking care of women as well as men.
