People want to learn and work hard

The understanding the sharing of knowledge and quality of work and everybody deals with you as a person no one belittles degrade you down you to teach you anything and their project managers most of them go above and beyond to help everyone on their team, even hourly people

You don't find many people that are not genuinely giving 100% effort. Those that aren't are quickly weeded out.
They're friendly? I don't know I don't like my team very much.
We work hard, with long hours, but it's fun and we take time out on occasion to celebrate our accomplishments.
We rise above the quagmire to perform very well and if we have good leadership we are very successful in meeting our goals.
