What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being more reasonable and personal with employees, the high turnover is a reflection of bad leadership. They could take more responsibility for their leadership rather than throwing the subordinates under the bus

Listening when people say that things aren't going well. If you speak truthfully you are labeled a trouble maker with bad attitude and denied stock.
