Kiewit Corporation Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was simple have communicated effectively

It was the average basic questions of basic knowledge for your job

Review from Operations Dept

Answered all my questions with positive answers

Went very quickly and positive

Only two interviews and an offer

Quick and very informative about the company

Recruiters provide great information about the job and the company and keep me informed

I was able to have a very conversational interview where we both asked questions, it felt comfortable.

Structured, methodical, conversational, encouraging and at the same time professional.

Review from Engineering Dept

Met people i would actually be working with on the project

Well the first time it was a night mare. The next time the girl was really helpful and polite

Direct and to the point

I enjoyed the intellectual conversation I had during the interview processes. We knew this was a good fit. The interview was not standard HR questions. It was a discussion.

Review from Operations Dept

very conversational. felt like two regular people talking over coffee.

It is minimal interview actions.

I had 3 interviews (screener, PM, sponsor) and many interactions with recruiter. Long process (over a month), was prepped by recruiter for STAR format interview. Final interview, sponsor just asked me to tell him about myself, my life & career. Very casual, low pressure. Caught me off guard though.

The conversation with the management team and how you could tell the interviewer enjoyed his work.

In person interview that was very laid back and casual.

Ggggg bbbb nnnn vbbbb nnnn

My work experience was exactly what they were looking for.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It takes far too long and communication is awful.

Just all a bunch of lies. You start working and realize they just lie to you.

Review from HR Dept

More direct involvement with the leadership and working staff. Open conversations with discussions about the aspirations of the company and the person and how they can meld for rewarding work for both the person and the team.

Review from Engineering Dept

Verify accountability and accreditation of individual people and organizations
