Unless the company has changed since I worked there, it's not an ideal place to work. The ratio of CEO pay to regular employee pay is completely outrageous. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just don't work here. I will say that they promote African-American women, which is good, but otherwise this is not a good workplace.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay lower level employees more, stop being so cheap with regard to your mid-level employees. Give your managers an extra monitor to work on. Sheesh.
