Everybody is motivated and willing to work hard. The whole team helps each other out. There is a lot of healthy competition as well.

Knowing that I am going to grow and be in a position where I chose for myself how and at which pace I want to do things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a dynamic and motivated group of people who are very goal-oriented and enthusiastic about their job, which is not all that common nowadays in most work environments.
