It's horrible the owner of the beechmont mt Washington location dosent respect his workers he is very ignorant were very short staffed an the way he chooses to talk to employees there soon will be nobody wanting to work there

The owner of the mt Washington is crappy and dont care much for its workers we've constantly being mistreated and were all he's got its very short staffed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need a boss who wants the best for employees and wants the best for the business who cares about the company an its workers feelings towards pushing to be them to be better
