What makes you most happy at work?
Staying busy and always having something to do
Working with with people who share my work ethic
Free food, recieving a wage, and work experience.
Get paid a lot and having a day off
Connecting with customers on a daily
the best part is seeing my friends

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The regional manager is creating such a hostile working environment I've tried to take my life three or four times in the past four months
The owner of the mt Washington is crappy and dont care much for its workers we've constantly being mistreated and were all he's got its very short staffed
If you want to be cheap, do that and own up to it. No one expects Wal-Mart or McDonald's to be good. But you can't keep relying on nostalgia when the younger generations only remember it being cheap.
Hire a full staff. Pay people who stay so they’ll be more motivated to stay around.
