Willingness to help with anything. Willingness to teach
They are very nice kind and caring people
They work very hard and make sure to put the effort in not for themselves but for their other team members. they make sure to do all of their outwork, they show up on time, and they all have fantastic attitudes worth far more than what you as a company are providing

A soul a conscience or a shread of kindess
Being help accountable and showing up for scheduled shifts.
Better training, or better pay to discourage turnover.
They’re mostly young high school and college aged kids so they’re not very dependable.
