Understanding of my needs and work with my schedule
The managers get along and communicate with each other, and have a respect for each other and those that work under them
The leadership is okay, it could be better
Very friendly environment ! Get along great !
Dependable workers and team members
Listening to others and what they need
How they ralk to employees (name calling etc.)
We need a boss who wants the best for employees and wants the best for the business who cares about the company an its workers feelings towards pushing to be them to be better
Understanding that a manager getting a bonus for you working harder is not incentive for you to work harder. If a manager on salary can't be motivated without incentive than why would a minimum wage employee?
Listening to the workers more often, and also consulting us
I believe that I should have been treated with respect and them tell me that they was not going to deliver my order to the Dollar tree and when I came down to pick up my order I should have been treated with more respect
Better mileage and at least minimum wage
Being paid more would significantly impact the stores productivity and the employees at base level would not feel as if they are being wasted. I believe a store wide raise is the only option that would correct this injustice. the hourly you are paying these hard working individuals is not enough.
I want to Validate myself,
Industry competitive wages and benefits not being provided is clear evidence of being undervalued regardless of how it makes you feel. I would feel better about my compensation if it were closer to a livable rate and ajusted annually.
Willingness to help with anything. Willingness to teach
They are very nice kind and caring people
They work very hard and make sure to put the effort in not for themselves but for their other team members. they make sure to do all of their outwork, they show up on time, and they all have fantastic attitudes worth far more than what you as a company are providing
Making the lot of Money
A few of us workers bust butts to have the leave with a smile
A soul a conscience or a shread of kindess
Being help accountable and showing up for scheduled shifts.
Better training, or better pay to discourage turnover.
They’re mostly young high school and college aged kids so they’re not very dependable.
The smiles and promoting of positivity
The support the morning has for each other
The people I work with
People are very willing to share items they have brought to work like food, very flexible scheduling, and a few nice people that work there.
We have a good team work and having a knowledge
I believe when a person tells you to come and pick an order up I should be able to receive my order and also explain to them that I was told I could pick it up at a different address and it's in front of my building but was told to leave by
The pay needs to be better.
Understanding the disparity between "local family restaurant" and corperate conglomerate. You can't be one and call yourself the other. Employees don't care, we just want to be able to pay our bills.
Better management would be a great place to start
I was told i would get the hours i wanted
I filled out the application was called in the next day and hired.
I felt like I was questioned thoroughly
Taylor was very sweet kind and understanding and she was very direct into the point and she was very nice and polite and courteous when she interviewed me
It was short and sweet, and I got employed on the spot and could start working the same week.
The interview lasted 3 minutes. They asked me my name, age and previous work experience and that was it.
Actually interview the people who come in they only care about labor
Staying busy and always having something to do
Working with with people who share my work ethic
Free food, recieving a wage, and work experience.
Get paid a lot and having a day off
Connecting with customers on a daily
The regional manager is creating such a hostile working environment I've tried to take my life three or four times in the past four months
The owner of the mt Washington is crappy and dont care much for its workers we've constantly being mistreated and were all he's got its very short staffed
If you want to be cheap, do that and own up to it. No one expects Wal-Mart or McDonald's to be good. But you can't keep relying on nostalgia when the younger generations only remember it being cheap.
Hire a full staff. Pay people who stay so they’ll be more motivated to stay around.
