Listening to others and what they need
How they ralk to employees (name calling etc.)
We need a boss who wants the best for employees and wants the best for the business who cares about the company an its workers feelings towards pushing to be them to be better
Understanding that a manager getting a bonus for you working harder is not incentive for you to work harder. If a manager on salary can't be motivated without incentive than why would a minimum wage employee?
Listening to the workers more often, and also consulting us
Micro managing is excessive from management
