My job is fantastic and the people I work with are great. The pay seems to be a little low and raises aren't given often so the opportunity for growth seems very limited in my particular department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just wish after performing at a high level as a contractor for 2 years that they would give you a substantial increase in pay along with the great benefits.
