Hands on and friendly people.
Leadership team walks the walk. They listen and respond. No executive snobs allowed.
Honesty, Safety they care for you
My coworkers and immediate manager are really amazing people.
Very helpful, and responsive to any and all issues
Leadership and HR need to be aware of unconscious bias and need to practice cultural humility and need to be trained on ethical leadership.

Only look for themselves, not average worked
Great deal of reorganization to compensate for poor management of divisions. Same people seemed to be moved around in the higher positions not necessarily making a big difference, but they do get bigger titles.
Review from Operations Dept
Good to great pay compared with industry standards.
401k and insurance plan were okay
Very comprehensive compensation package for employees
Good 401k. Good medical. Not industry leading
Overall compensation package. And benefits
Equality and respect from leadership. Lack of positive social governance.

I just wish after performing at a high level as a contractor for 2 years that they would give you a substantial increase in pay along with the great benefits.
To match counter parts in the same fields.
Raises more often than every 3 years, raises should be based on experience and productivity
Be low, no good. Leave
Teams have fun and work together. Competitiion is minimal.
There is an inherant respect with hard working people.
We all work together well. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses that we can all learn from.
Work extremely well together, very professional, hard working, eager to learn.
Lots of experience. Friendly, share knowledge
Self responsibility and being accountable for negative actions. Raise their emotional EQ.

Safety conscience and authentic supervisors
The work environment and company culture currently lacks positivity however, the potential to create a nurturing work environment exists and that in itself is pragmatic.
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone treats everyone with dignity and respect no matter what your position with the company is.
Work ethic, ability to take on many tasks.
The outstanding people Focused on common challenges
New leadership starting from the top of the chain
Each division is different and affording better working opportunities in some areas and this is how the culture works. If you are in a stifled division then you cannot advance, you cannot work from home. Seems some policies would be better served across the organization than per division.
Review from Operations Dept
Managers do their own recruiting - cutting red tape.
Interview was with many team members, all at once including the decision makers.
Ease of the process; response time
Engaging questions that challenge your level of expertise.
The focus on how they could help me

Leaving at the end of the day
knowing LCRA is a great place to work
Coworkers who are genuinely good hearted people.
Review from Operations Dept
Keeping busy learning new things, and excellent customer feedback on my performance.
Doing something I am passionate about.
Supply Management division is just too focused on a get you, got you attitude. This is both to the employees director down and to other divisions. It could be great, but it is always about what people do incorrectly or misunderstand.
