What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership and HR need to be aware of unconscious bias and need to practice cultural humility and need to be trained on ethical leadership.

Only look for themselves, not average worked

Great deal of reorganization to compensate for poor management of divisions. Same people seemed to be moved around in the higher positions not necessarily making a big difference, but they do get bigger titles.
