Very negative. Lo ts of screaming, yelling and harassment, making it difficult to get my job done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Any kind of bonus or raise would be great, but the owners are so cheap and selfish.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and stop yelling/harassing employees so they stay working for us, rather than leaving.
