What did you like most about the interview process?
Although the process appeared long, it was very thorough because I believe Lexipol takes their time to vet the right person for the role.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to serve and assist others, whether it's teammates or someone on the outside of the company. Also, completing tasks and seeing the fruit of your labor.
