Positive leadership for employee culture
They listen, take advice, offer advice, make time to mentor and explain "why." They are mission-driven like most team members and they continually focus on learning, collaboration and info-sharing. We have 1:1s regularly and everyone contributes.
Leaders at Lexipol are professional, highly skilled and committed to communicating about the business.
Leadership is supportive of employees and genuinely works to increase communication which is often hard with so many remote employees. Keeps customers at the forefront of all we do.

The salary is great and in line with ky duties
PTO opportunities provides ample space for effective work-life balance
I am paid fairly and our benefits our high quality. My doctor network is pretty robust too. Keep doing the 401k matching - like it. The addition of Flexible PTO is a win.
I receive a bonus based on company performance. My compensation has also been reviewed and adjusted for factors like years of experience and geographic region.

We lean on each other for help and we cover when people are on PTO. I trust and know the work being done is quality. We like one another, support on another and trust one another too. And they're professional and treat people nicely - golden rule.
Everyone on my team is skilled at what they do and we are structured to allow for specialization, which enhances job satisfaction. But we're also always ready to help one another out and learn new areas, too.

I enjoyed meeting my boss and department leaders through the interview process, which allowed insight into the structure of the team and who I would be working with and for on a regular basis.
I met folks at a number of level in the organization. They were thorough and honest and pre-set expectations correctly.
It was almost a decade ago now, but I liked 1) open disclosure about salary and the details of the job and 2) how quickly the process moved.
