I receive a bonus based on company performance. My compensation has also been reviewed and adjusted for factors like years of experience and geographic region.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was almost a decade ago now, but I liked 1) open disclosure about salary and the details of the job and 2) how quickly the process moved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We share a mission of helping make public safety professionals safer, more effective and more professional. It's something that unites us even as we come from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is skilled at what they do and we are structured to allow for specialization, which enhances job satisfaction. But we're also always ready to help one another out and learn new areas, too.
