I telecommute, but there is a lot of support, fun activities and if you're in the local office, some fun gatherings. Though my supervisor makes efforts for our team to have virtual social gatherings.

We are in a serious business, but leaders do prioritize culture, lighthearted teambuilding activities and other ways to manage the more serious nature of the work.
