I enjoyed meeting my boss and department leaders through the interview process, which allowed insight into the structure of the team and who I would be working with and for on a regular basis.

I met folks at a number of level in the organization. They were thorough and honest and pre-set expectations correctly.

It was almost a decade ago now, but I liked 1) open disclosure about salary and the details of the job and 2) how quickly the process moved.

Personally, I like that there are certain measures in place to interview here. It draws quality people.

The interview process has changed quite a bit since I was hired, but I appreciated the transparent communication and the speed at which the offer was made.

I spoke with 3 different representatives. They were encouraging and did a great job of answering questions and helped me a establish this opportunity was a great fit for my skills.

Although the process appeared long, it was very thorough because I believe Lexipol takes their time to vet the right person for the role.

I met multiple people during my interview process so I could see more of who works there and what we might have in common.

I was able to speak with representatives from HR, my direct supervisor, and the VP of my department in the interview process. Through the different conversations and interactions, I got a good sense of the company culture and all of my questions were readily answered with personality!
