In sales, we have control over our earnings. In other areas, what they earn ties in with how the business is performing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met multiple people during my interview process so I could see more of who works there and what we might have in common.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with are the best. They are so smart and they care about our teams and our customers and who we serve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team asks for feedback and listens to answers and opinions. I've seen them make changes based on our feedback. They communicate regularly and in different ways to get messages out to us all, as most of us are remote.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are cross-trained to back each other up and we take pride in covering for others when they are on PTO. I feel like my team members care about the work we do and who we work with. They are positive people and a positive influence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People regularly ask how they can help or if there's anything they can do for me - when the work load is high. I feel supported. And I regularly see people doing nice things for their team members. We work hard but also have fun.
