The leadership team demands excellence and best effort while treating each member of the team as an individual and caring for their personal and professional well-being. Great transparency and honesty.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the multi-step process not only gave Lightyear ample opportunity to evaluate me as a potential employee, but gave me the time and information to allow me to really vet them and determine if this was a good opportunity for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a fully remote company with employees spread all over the country, yet our leaders have managed to find a number of ways to encourage interaction (both personal and professional) and communication as if we all worked in the same office together.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to go out and do my job without being micromanaged. Leadership treats us as adults and consistently shows respect. They give us a great deal of autonomy and welcome our feedback and let us help craft the direction of the company.
