The transparency and the open mindedness. Always looking for the employees feedback and opinions. Many companies sell that during the interview process but this Leadership Team acts on it.

I like that they are open, honest and communicate when business needs shift. They also accept responsibility and take accountability when they've made mistakes.

The level of transparency we have as an organization is 2nd to none. When leadership has made mistakes, they own them, take action to course correct, and make sure that the employees understand what happened and how it is being addressed.

The leadership team has a clear vision for the future and every action they take is clearly chosen and aligned with that vision. i have complete trust in their decisions.

They're very protective over the culture at Lightyear, especially as we grow. Our culture is something that we've worked hard to cultivate and maintain, so every hiring decision carries a lot of weight.

The leadership team at Lightyear are phenomenal, intelligent and hilarious human beings. They're people whom I genuinely respect and look up to. They never micromanage, ask for and actually listen to our suggestions and actually implement what we say into processes, etc. It's so great to be heard.
