Again, the most positive part of our culture is how all of our different personality types blend so easily together. I genuinely enjoy interacting with all of my colleagues.

People at this company focus on solutions when problems are identified. We don't spend time blaming or accusing, we orient around the best way forward from where we are and set about executing on it.

Everyone works really hard. I love having the team offsites and online social events as well, because I really like everyone I work with at an interpersonal level.

We have bi-annual team events that are very fun and a lot of team engagement activities. I love working remote because of the flexibility and these engagement activities help make sure everyone is continuosly building the team commraderie.

Every 6 months the team gets together in person and this is best part of our culture at Lightyear. Everyone is truly excited to see one another and continue to strengthen our bonds.

We are all remote, but yet we find ways to build and strengthen relationships in fun ways. Whether it's fun virtual competitions, an employee spotlight (showcasing an employee personally), or "donut sessions" to just chat with someone else and get to know them, we find ways to grow together.

We have a lot of fun engagement activities. We are also very open in communication and you can reach out to anyone at any time for help.

Team members are always willing to help others! Also, everyone enjoys a good laugh and some fun but also are all hard workers.
