We have excellent health benefits, and our PTO policy is amazing as we're able to take time off as we please, in addition to getting all federal holidays off as well.

Everyone is a team player. Being a fully remote company, Lightyear makes it a priority to create a team environment.

We have daily meetings of how we are progressing which I think is awesome because we get to ask questions on how we can become better at our job

I liked how it wasn't just a 2 interview process. It was multiple rounds which shows they take it very serious

Getting to know the leadership team.
I liked that I was able to speak to leadership from all the different orgs within the company. I was able to ask questions from all teams that I would be working with if hired.
I enjoyed meeting the different levels of Leadership before agreeing to join the company.
