We have excellent health benefits, and our PTO policy is amazing as we're able to take time off as we please, in addition to getting all federal holidays off as well.

The ability to work remote.

I believe in the future of this company so I'd say that having a good ownership stake of RSUs is the comp I am most excited about.

It is mostly in salary with some options as an addition.

We just started a 401k match and for a start up that is pretty big!

Shares. Owning a piece of something you know will succeed.

The equity is exciting and the benefits are amazing. The salary is a step above my last company, so very competitive as well.

The best part of the compensation package would have to be the pay, the vested company shares we're offered and the ability to take as much PTO as we want.
