We just started a 401k match and for a start up that is pretty big!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so smart and dedicated to growing the company. I have never worked somewhere where the team loves working at a company as much as Lightyear and it is very refreshing and inspiring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have bi-annual team events that are very fun and a lot of team engagement activities. I love working remote because of the flexibility and these engagement activities help make sure everyone is continuosly building the team commraderie.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the case study portion because it gives you a chance to demostrate your strengths and get an idea of what it will be like to work in the job day to day. It is not an easy interview process but definitely is worth it!
