They are all willing to help. The team is small but all focused on the same goal. There is no animosity and a genuine comradery.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and the open mindedness. Always looking for the employees feedback and opinions. Many companies sell that during the interview process but this Leadership Team acts on it.
