Very political, very dishonest. A great job if you aren't looking for growth potential and just need a safe place to land. Terrible place if you're hoping for growth, collaboration, and professional development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid largely under-market for my role and this seems to be consistent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are generous but the compensation is very far below industry averages.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honesty would be a great place to start. Allowing people to actually have opinions - we don't live in a dictatorship, stop acting as we do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The environment is heavily political, intellectually dishonest, and much of who is left is very indifferent about their jobs/future growth. Anyone who was really driven has since left the company.
