If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at LiquidPlanner?
Top Employee Response
Provide more room for growth. Most high performing employees are going to want a path forward and many positions at the company currently cap out after a year or two.
A greater path forward. Most of the best employees feel trapped and then end up leaving because there isn't room for them to grow. Also, raises are not given on a regular basis (there are people who haven't gotten them for years), leading people to leave.

What is the company mobility like at LiquidPlanner?
We have multiple remote workers as well as flexible work weeks to accommodate long commutes and allow our employees to work remotely when they have to.
What's the work from home policy like at LiquidPlanner?
Some teams (like Dev) do it quite often, others (like Sales) are discouraged from doing so since collaboration is important.
Does LiquidPlanner drug test or do a background check?
No drug testing that I have seen. All job offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
How flexible is your work schedule at LiquidPlanner?
It depends on the team. Much of the company works from home on Fridays and often some departments leave early on Fridays but Sales is always here.
What should I wear for an interview at LiquidPlanner?
While the office environment is casual, I wore a slacks, a button up, the and sweater. Your interviewers will want you to put some effort into your appearance, but a suit is not required.
How do I do well in an interview at LiquidPlanner?
Understand the product. We have a free trial available so I highly recommend starting one and understanding our scheduling engine outright before coming in for an interview.
How does LiquidPlanner make decisions around promotions?
Promotions are very few and far between. LP is also particularly stringent with job titles as there is not a great deal of growth opportunity in most roles.
