They are transparent and care about each and every team member.
Transparent, engaged. We just had a company retreat and the leadership team was clearly aligned and equally involved in ensuring the retreat was great for everyone. I don't perceive politics at LiquidPlanner at all.
Leadership is committed to transparency and heavily weighs employee feedback when making decisions.
They listen. They care. They are genuine and authentic. The are working hard to define our path to success and invite us in to participate where it makes sense.
Open and committed to my team and the company
Be aligned. It’s obvious the top person doe

They need to get better at their jobs
PTO package of five weeks plus a summer and winter week off where the company effectively shuts down enabling all of us to truly disconnect and enjoy family, rest and relax.
Great PTO and holiday time off.
Benefits. 5 weeks PTO and we are encouraged to take it! In fact for two weeks a year, the company shuts down to ensure everyone has a balanced chance to disconnect and really be on holiday.
Competitive salary for the market and generous time-off policies.
Paid time off package is awesome.
Paid largely under-market for my role and this seems to be consistent.
Supportive, professional, committed. Average employee tenure is something like 6+ years so very loyal, committed and knowledgeable.
Everyone is kind, intelligent, and compassionate.
Committed. Average tenure at LIquidPlanner is more than 6 years. Trusting. Relationships build over time and along the way, so does trust. I feel like I work amongst a group of friends, not just colleagues.
Customer focused. Collaborative. Supportive. No boundaries or silos as exist in most other companies.

Collaboration. We get important work done together.
We are making fast progress with our new product offering and building what matters... not a jumble of features prompted by the last customer ask. We care about our customers and making a product that serves their needs vs. selling past what we have to offer but that may not be right for them.
genuine people all working together towards the success of the company.
Trust. Leadership team trusts us. We trust each other. Our customers trust us to deliver and support them.
Honesty would be a great place to start. Allowing people to actually have opinions - we don't live in a dictatorship, stop acting as we do.
Meeting the full team I'd be working with. Genuine interest in what I have done in the past that may influence how I'd contribute at LiquidPlanner.
Meeting with a variety of team members and creating an account to test out the product.
Involved the whole team. I got to know the people I'd be working with and for... and they me.
Interviews were conducted with people from different teams and organization levels.
Met all team members that I'd be working with - senior, peers and subordinates. Felt like I had an accurate perceptions of the environment as a result.

Working with smart and trusting team members that aren't afraid to share their feedback
Seeing my work reflected in the end product. Knowing I am making a difference.
Winning customer praise for something we do anyways... it validates we are doing the right thing for the right reasons.
My team and the work we do
Recognition on Slack from my boss or peers.
A New leader. I spend most of my time doing one priority only for it to change the next month or find out someone else is doing the same thing.
Review from Engineering Dept
The environment is heavily political, intellectually dishonest, and much of who is left is very indifferent about their jobs/future growth. Anyone who was really driven has since left the company.
Focused on offering the best product and service to our customers.
